Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in planting, irrigating, and harvesting crops, ensuring proper techniques and care for optimal yield
- Feed, water, and care for animals to ensure their well-being and health
- Repair fences, maintain farm equipment, and perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the farm’s operational efficiency
- Plow, till, and prepare fields for planting, ensuring the soil is ready for crops
- Harvest fruits, vegetables, or other crops
- Following specific guidelines and timing for optimal freshness and quality
