Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages such as classic and innovative cocktails
- Interact with patrons, recommend drinks based on preferences, and create personalized cocktails
- Fostering a welcoming and engaging atmosphere
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organize supplies, and oversee inventory
- Ensuring efficient operations and seamless service
- Ensure consistency and quality in every drink
- Following recipes, measurements, and presentation standards to delight customers
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Coordinate with colleagues, servers, and kitchen staff to provide a harmonious dining and drinking experience for guests
Qualifications and Skills Required
