Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean the exterior and interior of vehicles using specialized equipment and cleaning products
- Polishing, waxing, and vacuuming to ensure the vehicle looks brand new
- Greet and welcome customers to the mart
- Respond to customers questions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the car wash process
- Perform regular maintenance on car wash equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety
- Work effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
Qualifications and Skills Required
- No formal education is required
- Able to pay strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multi-task effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
